If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid £20 for one scarf with next day delivery, which I expected to arrive promptly. After realizing I misspelled my email, I contacted them immediately for a correction but received no response. The next day came and went with no delivery, and now, five days later, I've had no communication despite multiple attempts to reach out. I've requested to cancel my order and believe I shouldn't be charged for the undelivered service. This is unacceptable customer service, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering.
