Extremely poor service. I ordered in July 2024 and after three weeks I reached out via email to ask for an update on my order. I never received a reply so a week later I texted their number and dmed them on instagram. I did not get a response so I opened a dispute with my bank and then I replied to their story saying that I have reported them to my bank. They finally replied and gave me a refund. Extremely unprofessional that it took a threat for them to respond to me. Will never shop here again and will tell my family and friends to never buy from here again. Appalling service.
