The process to get financing through Cherry was quick and easy. The issues arise after you already have the financing. When I asked if there was an alternate way to access my account (for instance, logging in via email info) I was told the only way is to use your phone number. Which is NOT what I was told previously. I moved out of the country and now there is no way for me to access the account to pay it off. So, I am forced to make these minimum payments that will end up costing me almost DOUBLE the amount I was originally financed for. It's 2025 and you are seriously telling me there is no alternate way to access accounts?
