I really like their chutneys and jams but am very disappointed with an item in my order last week :-( I bought the cocktail favourites gift pack which had been reduced to £2.50. It was a gift to a poorly friend, but when I checked the date on the 2 jars one was showing 21/08/20 so well out of date! I emailed them and got a reply that it was the wrong date stamp and it was still in date for another 10 days. Well I'm sorry but that wasn't good enough. They should have this information on the listing. I would never have bought the item if I had known this. I felt very disappointed as I couldn't give this as a gift with a date stamp that said it was a year out of date! Very poor customer service and with all the other companies out there I shall not buy from them again! They have lost a good customer, which in the times we are having is just not good business sense!
