We had a wonderful time with the instructor. Communication was excellent and she was very accommodating, quickly responding to my inquiries about scheduling a class for when my mother would be visiting. She taught us a simple method for making buttercream icing along with various piping techniques, all in a relaxed atmosphere. We both gained new skills and are eager to apply them in our own kitchens. Plus, we took home a box of six beautifully decorated cupcakes that tasted amazing!
