We bought a new fireplace and fire from Chesneys, just had it installed so not sure about how good it works, but service from Nick was exceptional. There was a mix up with our order, which meant we had the wrong fireplace installed and had to get it removed and replaced. After a few discussions, Nick assured us it will all be sorted and so far it has been. What could have been a very expensive mix up ended up being a great customer service experience, so full credit to Nick for sorting.Only thing to note, for those who are looking, is to check carefully the various models as they are called very similar things. We bought the Clandon Bolection (in the Contemporary range), but turns out there is also a Clandon (in the Georgian range) and an Elemental Clandon. This caused the mix up, so beware. As I say, ended up being handled very well (after just a bit of heartache), but best to avoid mix ups in the first place.
