We are very happy with our order (3-seater saddle leather chesterfield). The quality of the product is excellent. At first it felt like an awkward setup - the phone helpline doesn't seem to be as helpful or connected to the business as the customer service via email. However, once I got on an email chain with Tracie the customer service was excellent. Naturally there is a lot of negotiation and timing to be considered with products like these, and we had to change our delivery date/address when a house sale fell through. Tracie made sure that was communicated to the team and everything was handled smoothly and was no trouble. 5 star product. 5 star customer service from Tracie. 4 stars overall because of the slightly confusing start to the experience, and the telephone helpline not being as helpful or connected to the business as it could be.
