Probably the worst and most unprofessional clothing brand I've ever dealt with.I ordered a pair of runner shorts almost a month ago and recently received a mail from their customer service telling me the product I ordered is out of stock (even though it was displayed as available on the website). I then had to choose another pair of shorts from the other colors and replied within an hour. Due to the "fast delivery" promoted on their website, I expected my "new" order to arrive within a week or two but up to this day (21st of August) I didn't even receive a confirmation mail that my order has been shipped. As a matter of fact I didn't even get a reply back from their customer service addressing the issue. I'll certainly NEVER shop at Ché Studios again, a wannabe high fashion brand with the worst customer service imaginable.
