Recently, I purchased a cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW, but it started smoking and malfunctioned immediately after turning it on. I reported this serious defect and requested either a full refund or a replacement, but was only offered a partial refund with no clear explanation. I contacted customer service multiple times, with Kayee being the second representative I spoke with, and she promised the remaining refund on Nov 13, 2025, but it did not happen. After further follow-ups on 11/19 and 11/23, I still didn't receive a reply. Please refer to the email threads for Order #RUV9720. (2nd update on 11/25/2025) After two more follow-up emails, the second half of the refund was finally received. This experience was not satisfactory and I do not recommend this product.
