Ordered 2 dresses size 10/12 as per size guide. They are much too big and I have tried to email as per guidelines to find out the returns addressHave emailed twice without success and after reading similar reviews about how difficult it is to receive a refund I assume I will not be able to get a refund Will definitely not use your site again and would urge others not to do soSince the review has been published on Trust Pilot I have received a grovelling reply to the review stating that if I email them to the address I have already sent emails to they will respond. They already have my details and I believe their attempt at an apology is not for my benefit but just so that they appear to be resolving the situation - which they are not Have subsequently emailed as per their instructions and still no satisfactory response regarding a refund. They clearly have no intention of sorting this issue out.Again anyone reading this I would urge you not to order from this company
