I purchased an item. When received the button holes are not big enough for the buttons to pass through them. Having asked for a full refund they responded saying they would give me 20% discount off my next purchase and to gift the item to a friend. They are now ignoring all correspondence. Every time I sent an email they just send a response back stating they have replied.
