I've repeatedly asked for this order to be canceled, yet my card keeps being charged and products are sent monthly. Each time I email, I'm told it was a mistake and somehow reactivated. I had to cancel my card to stop this. My refund request was ignored, and now I’m being asked for a review! This feels like a scam and is incredibly frustrating! I would not recommend this service at all; I warn others to avoid it entirely! I wish I could give it negative stars.
