I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. This is the second time I’ve been charged for a subscription I was told had been cancelled. I reached out multiple times—with no proper response—only to be told the order “had already been processed” and no refund could be issued.What’s worse is that my questions were repeatedly ignored, including: • Proof of subscription cancellation • Contact details to escalate to a manager • Any assurance that this won’t happen againI’m currently unemployed, and £65 is not a small amount. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking. I was previously reassured this issue had been resolved, but it happened again.At this point, I’ve been left with no choice but to find formal channels to lodge a complaint. This experience has been unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
