I've recently gone gluten-free for some health reasons, and one of the things I've missed most is Chicago pizza. Lots of restaurants offer gluten-free pizza or pasta renditions, but they rarely seem to taste quite right. Also, gluten-free pizza is notorious for being very small for some reason. Anyway, someone suggested Chicago's and another spot in Lakeview because apparently they created their own unique gluten-free crust. It's incredible how much their pizza tastes like it's non-GF. Not only that, but they have a huge menu of other Italian specialities like pasta and sandwiches, most of which can be converted to gluten-free with the special flour they use. My wife also loves the regular menu items!
