I ordered a Buy One Get One item from this service about 2–3 weeks ago. The order was prepaid. The delivery partner could not deliver the parcel, and it was returned to the warehouse. Since then, I have received no refund or response. The email does not work, the phone number on the website is invalid, and the SMS contact number is also not functional. I have tried multiple times to reach out, but there has been complete silence. This feels very unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this service until they improve their transparency and customer support.
