PayPal confirmed that you never made any attempt to process an installment payment, you just ran the full amount.PayPal does not control merchant installment plans, only the merchants do so again, you are dishonest and consumers should beware. Additionally, I never received anything in spite of you providing a tracking number that you clearly manufactured. My bank is reversing the charges and I have alerted FaceBook about your scams.
