Being a Veteran, traveling on Veterans day. I had check to see who was honoring Veterans with Meals , on this special day that comes around each year. It blesses my heart to be a small part of this day. Shared with all my Brothers and Sisters who as well Served, that raised their right hand and made commitment to our beloved country , willing to do what ever was needed from us including giving our lifes for this Great Country. I had checked the published list showing what Business's were offering Veterans, Chick Fil A showed where they were offering a Chicken biscuit if it was Am and Chicken Sandwich if it was Pm This sounded really good, I could of went to several other places, for much bigger meals from Steaks, Burgers , Ribs. Several choices to be had, So I stopped at the Chick fa la Anderson, Indiana just off I-69Walked up to the counter to order told the young man I was a Veteran and told him I'd like to have a chicken sandwich that was advertised, then I was going to pay for a drink and Waffle fries, He lost all his smiling composer snapped his eyes at me and said, were not doing that, I may be able to get you a small fry but that it. I showed him the ad , he said like I said were not doing that here, he then turned before I could respond, grabbed a small fry , no salt, no sauce, crammed it in a sack , and said here you go chief, like I was a bigger, very insulted, very shocked I was being treated this way, I am a Man of God and Thought This Establishment was a Christian based business, never again will I darken their doors,
