I received a permanent ban and they won't process my last order on a new account. They don't respond to any emails. This is the worst platform I've used for purchasing. It's been a week since they advised me to email them, and I've received no response. Their greedy and careless service led to my main account being banned after ten years. I advise against using this service; you're dealing with a poor company.
