I completely changed my review and my experience. This company was under a lot of stress due to the holidays and they were just trying to make everything right. We as consumers need to understand that. After a bump they contacted me and apologized for the delay. Then they contacted me again and were very courteous . I am grateful for their acknowledgment and professionalism
