I ordered a dress that looked stunning in the pictures, but when it arrived, it was completely different, not true to size, and far too short to be considered a long dress. I requested a full refund and return on the same day. Unfortunately, the support team has been extremely unprofessional, deliberately stalling the process and offering partial refunds of 10% and 20%, which I clearly declined. To this day, my issue remains unresolved, and I’m now being told that the 14-day return period has expired. It’s clear they are acting against customer rights, and I plan to take formal action regarding this matter. I will never order from this platform again, and I strongly advise others to avoid making purchases here due to their unacceptable behavior.
