It took WEEKS for this to arrive. When it arrived it had faulty stitching on the strap. I contacted chicme, and they have been a nightmare, constantly coming back to me after a few days wait with a % off offer each time. I kept telling them I dont want a % off, I want to return it it for a full refund and asked constantly for a free returns label. They eventually said id have to pay £5 to return it?! I told them that they should be covering the cost of the return as it is faulty and is their responsibilty to pay the return shipping. They have ignored me since. ORDER NO:01014578979
