Fabric quality of skirt described as luxurious was in fact of a very poor quality which compelled me to request a return and refund. This process has been a nightmare so far as responsiveness from them has been poor and when I got a response I was told that I would be responsible for shipping costs to the USA. Unfair as the description of the skirt quality was very misleading and deceptive to be honest. I’m in the process of trying to return it but there are endless barriers to this from an admin point. I wonder if this is an attempt to frustrate me into deciding it’s not worth the hassle and keep the skirt instead? Poor standards in all spheres in my experience thus far and I would not recommend this company to be honest.
