I expected videos to engage and teach the child but they are only of Jim teaching his children so not engaging for little ones. The phonics file could be easily downloaded from the internet for free. The rest of the package is a huge essay on the importance of reading (nothing new there) and how to teach. It’s super long and not at all we’ll set up for parents who are time poor. This program is probably good for parents who have all day to learn how to teach their kids but I feel like I could have gotten an education degree in less time.
