Paid £100 for my daughters Christmas dress and realised the night before her Xmas party that the velvet had ripped away from the seem.I messaged them all my order info,proof of payment and 3 pictures of the dress I was then greeted with attitude to be told I need to take more pictures showing the tag on clearly stating I was lying.then got told in there words...I said I will check and get back to you and also our return policy is only 21 daysShocking will never use this company again stay away not good quality and you better pray you don't have to send anything back .I am currently not holding my breath for my £100 backUpdate my mum is a sewer and showed her the dress she confirmed it was stitched by machine and then looks like someone has actually hand stitched the part the seemed was ripped so basically I paid 100 for a faulty repaired dress and is unwearableUpdate I did receive a call and was asked if I was sure the dress wasn't too small ... u said eh...no.With All this hassle I decided to hand sew the hole and agreed 20% refund
