Shockingly bad - been waiting since July for my door to be repaired, no one calls you back despite reassurances on the rare occassion they actually answer the phone, no response to emails either - happy to take my money though - 5 months and still waiting for repair ! I have tried to respond to the comment left below and the email address doesnt work for me !! I have been emailing Lui and also info@ as shown on your website please check and ive also spoken twice to Lui with false promises made and "Angie" in the office on the rare occasion the phone gets answered who always says she is going to call back and doesnt !
