During our visit to the Wall, an unexpected snowfall made the experience more challenging than planned. Xue immediately coordinated with Giulia and, with remarkable responsiveness and flexibility, they reorganized the itinerary so that we could return the following day—this time under clear skies—without having to give up any of the planned activities.What impressed us most, however, was her genuine kindness. When our return Etihad flight was canceled, Xue even offered to host us in her home, or with members of her family, for as long as necessary. It was an incredibly generous and thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. Fortunately, thanks to Giulia’s prompt intervention, it was not needed—but it remains a true testament to her exceptional care and generosity.
