Equally fast to make sure customer's needs are taken care of.Used the agency for my families' year end holidays to China (Beijing - Da Tong - Xi'an) and asked for bilingual guides so that while trying to give the kids a setting for cultural immersion, the guide can still communicate in english when neccesary. Everything was pretty much fuss free (from determining itinerary, to accommodations and even to getting good and recommendations to fill up our spare days). Whilst the service is not the cheapest, given the responsiveness, quality and absolute peace of the mind, its worth it. Will use the agency again!
