If products require a pre-order, this should be clearly stated along with expected timeframes so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. I reached out after waiting two and a half weeks with no update, only to be told that several of the items were on pre-order and could take up to 90 days to arrive. They also advised I could pay additional shipping to have the in-stock items sent separately. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because the pre-order had already been placed. I’ve ordered from them several times in the past with no issues, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
