I contacted Home Equity Bank in June 2025 to look into a reverse mortgage and find out how it works. I was contacted by Angela Lattuca Efstathiou, Mortgage Specialist. She was very pleasant and informative. She took the time perhaps an hour or more to answer my numerous questions. At no time did she ever apply pressure or rush the conversation. I told her I need to think about it but if I decide I'll be in touch.
Fast forward to Feb. 2026, I contacted Angela on Feb. 17 to proceed and we wrapped it all up Feb. 27.
I highly recommend Angela for any needs you may have. She is a joy to work with. Absolutely no pressure. I'm actually going to miss our talks!!
William and I are really appreciate all the hard work Neil had put into the application. He was very helpful in all questions that I had, call back in a quick response. If it wasn't for him and his staff we would be lost. We want to thank all of you for going the extra distance to make this as easy as possible.
