Winning a decent amount, like 2000, should be exciting, but the process to redeem it has been absolutely terrible! It completely sucked the joy out of my win. To make matters worse, you can only cash out up to 500 a day every 24 hours, or else you face "extra financial checks" that delay your redemption indefinitely! It feels like a shady tactic to get you to gamble your remaining winnings back. I've given positive feedback in the past, but after this experience, I will not spend another dollar with them. I plan to share my experience everywhere to warn others about the disappointment of winning with this platform.
