This is beyond disgraceful.One would expect that after repeated complaints about the frankly grotesque nature of this company's customer service, they would have some dignity to at least, fix that process. I have NEVER suffered the misfortune of experiencing such horrible customer service in my life. These people need to do better. my God!I created a card. The card did not work. it does not work anywhere. Not even on Apple music. i have been sending messages to these people and they keep responding with sound bites and pre-written nonsense. The last message that took the p*ss was when the customer service person told me the card would work on my apple music but not apple pay. The irritating nature of this response lies in the fact that i NEVER spoke about apple pay. i even made a VIDEO of myself adding this card to my apple ID and the video clearly showed it got declined. EVEN WITH A VIDEO ON A PHONE. This customer service person still responded and spoke to me about Apple pay.A shame
