Steve was great from start to finish - he called me the same day that I made the initial enquiry. He was polite and respectful throughout - the job he did was amazing! The paint work looks better than it did when I bought the car from the dealership. The price of the repair was half the price of my insurance excess - so not exactly a hard decision to make.
