Had an appointment for between 9and 10am for them to come and repair a small dent. I waited in, but no one came, no message to say running late, nothing. At 2.30pm I sent them a message saying we had a confirmed appointment and you didn't turn up, they replied saying our man was held up at the garage but he's on his way now, I told them it wasn't convenient now, they asked if I wanted to rearrange, I said no. But at 4pm someone turned up unexpectedly to do the repair, I told him that he was supposed to be here 6 hours ago! I sent him away as I'd since made arrangements to take the car to another repairer the next day, wasn't going to mess around with these people anymore, if they can't turn up on time or at least tell me they are having problems without being prompted then I don't have confidence in their work.
