We had a family meal at a restaurant in Dudley to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, the service was lacking; it took 30 minutes to take our drink order and another 20 for food. We were never asked for more drinks. When I spoke to a manager, her response was dismissive and lacked an apology for the wait. The young male server was great, but the food had issues, particularly with the timing of the fajitas. While some dishes were good, the overall service was disappointing and needs improvement.
