Incredibly poor experience - missed delivery date (without communication), when I chased they didn’t even have stock and suggested they’d deliver in a few days. I attempted to call the customer service number 7 times over the course of an hour, 6 times with no answer and once being hung up on. I resorted to emailing explaining that the newly proposed delivery date was no good as we were away for the weekend. I wanted to ask them to reroute the delivery to meet us but no reply what so ever. You can’t rely on or trust this firm, I suggest buying elsewhere.
