I ordered a small and medium cutting board and a silicon no slip pad. The small board is perfect for everyday quick preps of sandwhiches, fruit and vegies. I use the medium board for foods such as steak, chicken, meatloaf and bread. The no slip pad works perfect, but is made for the large size board so is an overkill in size for my needs. I like the good quality, light weight feel, and easy clean-up of the boards. My knives haven't been dulled any more than with plastic/wooden boards. I use a sharpening rod regularly with my knives. The main reason for my purchase is the good hygiene titanium provides, limiting micro-plastics and germs in food prep from plastic/wooden boards.
