There are a lot of red flags with this company. A video on their website shows a huge modern warehouse with "ChopChopUSA" splashed across it, seemingly in America. I’ve asked through emails where the warehouse is, but the company tells me the location is confidential. The company address is a suite in a small office building in downtown Sheridan, Wyoming, while the company phone has a northeast Texas area code. They advertise 24-hour customer service, but my calls always go to voicemail.I’ve asked for a metallurgical lab report showing their cutting boards are pure titanium, but they are unable to furnish that. The only thing I’ve been given is a report stating their boards are safe for contact with food. The report was prepared for the Foshan Mai DeWang Hardware Industrial Company in Foshan City, China, not ChopChopUSA.Your cutting board from “ChopChopUSA” will be manufactured and shipped from China. I personally will need more reassurance before trusting their cutting boards to be 100% titanium.
