I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a meal from a particular branch, but what I received was far from what I ordered. Instead of the expected items, I got a box of cold, dry food that felt unsafe to eat. I reached out for a refund, but they have ignored my request for nearly 5 days. This level of service is unacceptable. It is frustrating to see such a lack of responsibility and care. I will be seeking a chargeback through my bank, as they seem uninterested in resolving the issue. I would advise avoiding this company.
