Ordered a Santana preset for Quad Cortex. It has not been sent to me. They wrote me an email stating that I failed to follow the directions. Interesting response, at the same time I ordered their’s, I also ordered some Freeman patches. The Freeman’s came through without a problem. The same procedure for both. I would strongly suggest you find another place to deal with. Just look at those terrible reviews.
