I was a little disappointed because I was under the impression these hearings aids were rechargeable. Then I discovered they were not. I searched the little booklets for information on battery size and it was not disclosed. I then went on the website and couldn’t find it there either. I had to go to the store and compare the size of the batteries that came with the hearing aids and hope I choose the correct package prior to spending $15. My second issue is that when viewing the mode via the app that I was instructed downloaded to my phone it doesn’t display what mode I’m in or changing to. I have to listen for beeps then go to the little booklet that came with the hearing aids to tell me what they mean. I can’t memorize them so apparently I have to carry this little booklet at all times. Also they were advertised as Bluetooth but apparently the only thing the Bluetooth does is change the settings. My husband has Bluetooth with his hearing aids and is able to listen to phone calls andVideos from his phone through his hearing aids.
