I started using the Chow Brick store a few months ago and overall have been very happy with my purchases. My order arrived extremely quickly, in great condition, and boxes are beautiful. The protective packaging is very sturdy and so different from any other seller I've used. I think the one area of improvement would be having a quicker way to cancel orders directly from our account but that's really it. Customer service is great, the merchant is responsive to questions and suggestions, and sales are fantastic. Also really appreciate the opportunity to earn rewards points with purchases.
