Horrible, unprofessional team. Very rude. Not once did we hear from our attorney until months later when we had to request to please speak to our actual attorney not assistants, case workers etc. Not once did our attorney call us, introduce themselves, send us a welcome letter, nor came to meet us as other firms do. When you call their office you get sent to a call center where the people are a 3rd party who can't answer any questions. We were assigned one attorney at the beginning of our case, Ivette Hernandez and then when we finally spoke to an actual attorney per our request, MONTHS into our case, it was a different attorney. We asked what happened to our assigned attorney and the new attorney had the audacity to LIE and say he was always assigned on the case. Since that conversation the firm admitted that he lied and that our original attorney was no longer working there. It's a huge mess. We were never notified of the change or the transition of attorney, if she quit, if she was fired, we were just left in the dark and lied to. Please save yourself the trouble and pick another professional team- one that has the courtsey to at the bare minimum introduce you to the attorney on your case.Already posted this once and only AFTER it was posted did they reach out to apologize. We offered an olive branch and invited them to our home to discuss going forward and they declined to come. Their ego wouldn't allow them to come to us and suggested us going to them... after we were already in an accident, car totaled, not driving, & avoiding long drives, Ubers and freeways.
