I ordered a jumper which said 6 to 10 buiseness days delivery. On the 10 buiseness day i email them they had not even processed my order yet. I have said i what to cancel as its a christmas jumper anf i will not get it for christmas but they have not answered me. Make your own mind up about customer service. UpdateI sent 3 emails as they requested. This morning i had a email from them my order has been sent. Delivery 6 to 10 days that will be no good for me this christmas.So if you want an order for a specific date be warned my order will have taken a whole month for me to receive it. With no cancelations!!!
