I made an order and unfortunately didn’t read the item description so when it arrived I realised the rosary was longer than expected. Upon emailing the team they communicated so quickly and kindly! They sent over my preferred rosary just asking for me to partially cover handling fees. They also allowed me to keep the other item as a show of good favour!
