I ordered several items for Christmas gifts but never received my package. The company has been unhelpful in fixing the issue, despite many emails and frustration. It feels like I'm being asked to jump through hoops without any solution. My experience has been disappointing, and it's disheartening that a company with a good reputation doesn't treat customers well. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
