Don't be misledI rarely leave negative reviews but I'm making an exception here. I bought into one of his programs and was given early access to a range of 'bonus programs' on his member site as the main program wasn't due to start for a month or so.The bonus programs (all of which had a been sold at multiple thousands of dollars) were actually quite painful to watch. They consisted of a self-proclaimed guru talking about little more than how wonderful he is and how much money he makes. I expected far more - perhaps just a small taste of the miraculous promises made in his marketing materials - but despite searching through video after video, sadly I didn't find it. More to the point, I was surprised that I received absolutely no communication about the event - how to get my materials etc. until AFTER the event had started. I got countless marketing emails asking me to spend more money on other programs but nothing about the program I was supposed to have access to. I then decided to ask for a refund for the money I'd paid because I had seen enough to know that I didn't want anything to do with this company and didn't want to attend the course. In total I sent 16 (SIXTEEN) unanswered emails to support and multiple messages to their Facebook page. It's as if I really didn't matter once they'd got my money. Finally, a day after the course had started I received a message asking me to sign a waiver in order to gain access and was reminded that under their guarantee terms I wouldn't get a refund unless I attended the entire event. So they wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't attended a course I had no access to!Getting answers to my questions and communicating with support has been abysmal. My opinion - Content zero, support zero, company ethics zero. Sadly Trustpilot doesn't allow less than one star.
