MarzMethod is the 1st Global Training School for Holistic, Nature-based Interventions and Resilience Therapies. We offer private counseling, professional education, mentoring, and experiential learning in trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, heart coherence, and horse-guided methods.
Our programs serve mentees, students, and professionals who want practical, ethical tools for personal development and/or professional application. Mentoring is grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience, somatic awareness, and experiential learning, with a strong focus on integration and real-world usability.
Core methodologies include Horse Guided Empowerment® (HGE), a structured equine-guided approach centered on self-regulation, intention, boundaries, leadership, and authenticity;
HeartMath® heart coherence training for stress resilience and coherent decision-making;
Noetic Herdwork®, exploring intention, perception, and embodied intuition through horses; and systemic constellations with horses, conducted within a psychologically safe, trauma-aware framework.
MarzMethod emphasizes capacity building over diagnosis, personal responsibility, nervous system literacy, and ethical work with horses as sentient partners, not tools. Spiritual bypassing, force-based practices, and ungrounded claims are intentionally avoided.
Training formats include certification programs, mentoring, workshops, intensives, and international retreats, offered both online and in person.
