More like, we have held their hand whilst they have navigated us through the fun fayre of Amazon FBA/FBM. Firstly, a great bunch of people to work alongside. Chris has built an intelligent and diligent team of individuals that seem to compliment each other really well. Scott (Ops Manger) seems to be able to answer every question we ever have for him correctly, truthfully and with a sense of optimism. A Technical wizard, with a reassuring ability to manage real expectations.Our assigned account manager Molly, has undoubtedly enabled us (Brand new Amazon sellers) to implement 2-3 strong brands and launch the associated products in an effective and Amazon approved way to maximise performance. Ecommerce intelligence offer you a holistic, and realistic approach to outsourcing your Amazon Journey - whilst being very much a part of your business. They have proven vital for us, and we are so pleased that we went down a service provider route as opposed to recruiting internally. it seems we found a really good outfit, with a committed and passionate team.
