I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but we had a terrible experience with Chris Turton and I would be irresponsible if I didn't make it known.Our Amazon inventory was made much, much worse by their work. We are still having huge problems trying to rectify their errors. Despite knowing the problems they had caused they didn't rectify them, and instead threw the towel in and stopped working with us completely, leaving us to fix their mess. Communication was difficult, which we took some responsibility for and tried to improve by implementing direct channels with very limited success. We were told between 20-30 hours a month of work would go in to our account. We had one month where only 2.5 hours were worked on our account, another 4, another 5.5.There was no urgency at all and what looked to us like very little effort. To summarise we made zero progress and a huge amount of extra work and aggravation for us was caused by working with Chris Turton in 8 months. I'm writing this review today because we have had an FBA shipment refused, purely down to errors made by Chris Turton e-commerce. This has cost me money and time and it shouldn't be acceptable.
