Charging $175 fee per container for drayage congestion is taking advantage of importers/exporters already reeling from massive shipping costs inflation. I own Global Gateway Logistics and we are a freight forwarder and NVOCC too and I can confirm there are forwarders that exist that do not charge exorbitant fees. Transparency should be demanded, both with shipping costs and tracking.
